We are the only mobility & baby equipment rental company with a showroom in Central London — conveniently located next to Marble Arch, Paddington, & Hyde Park.

This winter, Hyde Park Winter Wonderland recommends us to visitors who need a wheelchair, mobility scooter or pushchair, as there is no hire inside the event.

Because we're based so centrally & have invested in an electric cargo bike, we offer exact time deliveries to hotels & Airbnbs seven days a week — not broad delivery windows across a whole or half day. 

Most last-minute Central London bookings deliver within one hour, & for urgent out-of-hours requests we're contactable by phone, text or WhatsApp, subject to availability.

Q: Can I hire a stroller, wheelchair or mobility scooter for Hyde Park Winter Wonderland?
A: Yes. There's no hire inside the event, so Winter Wonderland recommends us. Our shop is a 7-minute walk from the Marble Arch gate, with day rates from £15 for mobility aids and £21 for strollers (19 Nov – 3 Jan). Collect from 9am and return by 5pm until 30 Nov, 7pm in December (3pm on Christmas Eve; closed Christmas Day and Boxing Day) or 3pm from 1 to 3 Jan, or keep it overnight and return it from 9am, or pay for collection from your hotel with our standard delivery. Q: Can you meet us at the Winter Wonderland gate?
A: Not this year. Our Winter Wonderland day rates are click and collect only, from our shop at 19 Connaught Street, a 7-minute walk from the Marble Arch gate. If you'd rather not come to the shop, we can deliver to and collect from your hotel or Airbnb with our standard delivery service, for as many days as you need.

Q: Can I hire a wheelchair or scooter for Christmas shopping on Oxford Street?
A: Yes. Oxford Street starts at Marble Arch, just around the corner from our showroom, so it is easy to collect in the morning and shop the Christmas lights with a scooter, wheelchair or stroller, with a rain cover included for strollers and ponchos to add for scooters and wheelchairs. Our hours are extended in December.

Q: Family visiting for Christmas? Can you supply baby equipment?
A: Yes. Cots, high chairs, car seats, strollers and toys can be delivered to your home, hotel or Airbnb in Central London for the length of the visit, and collected afterwards. Book early for Christmas week, as popular items go quickly.

Q: Are you open over Christmas?
A: We close early at 3pm on Christmas Eve and are closed on Christmas Day and Boxing Day. If you are staying at a hotel, we can deliver your rental in advance and collect it afterwards, leaving it with the concierge desk each time, so you have everything you need over the holidays.

Q: What about rain and cold weather?
A: Strollers come with a rain cover, and you can add a footmuff. Ponchos are available as an add-on for scooters and wheelchairs. Cold weather shortens battery range a little, so we hand over scooters and power chairs fully charged and can advise on the right model for a long day out.

Q: Can I get emergency or last-minute equipment delivered in London?
A: Yes. We are based centrally at Marble Arch with our own delivery vehicles, so we can often deliver within an hour of your call.

Q: Do you deliver to hotels and Airbnbs?
A: Yes, daily, across Hyde Park, Paddington, Mayfair, Kensington, Knightsbridge, Soho, Chelsea, Waterloo, Notting Hill, Southwark and the City.
