Chelsea's Rentals is family-owned-and-run by Chelsea and James.
We are the only mobility & baby equipment rental company with a showroom in Central London — conveniently located next to Marble Arch, Paddington, & Hyde Park.
Because we're based so centrally & have invested in an electric cargo bike, we offer exact time deliveries to hotels & Airbnbs seven days a week — not broad delivery windows across a whole or half day.
Most last-minute Central London bookings deliver within one hour, & for urgent out-of-hours requests we're contactable by phone, text or whatsapp.
If you prefer to visit our showroom at 19 Connaught Street, W2 2AY, we open from 9am seven days a week. See our products in person, test which model works for you, & collect it on the day. Our ramp is quick to put out for any accessibility needs.

Our online store is always open & deliveries usually start from 9am daily.
Our physical showroom opens from 9am seven days a week

Q: Can I get emergency or last-minute mobility equipment delivery in London?
A: Yes — this is one of the things that sets us apart. Because we're based centrally at Marble Arch with our own delivery vehicles, we can often deliver within an hour of your call.
Q: Do you deliver to hotels and Airbnbs?
A: Yes, daily, across Hyde Park, Paddington, Mayfair, Kensington, Knightsbridge, Soho, Chelsea, Waterloo, Notting Hill, Southwark and the City. Delivery is free for orders above £300.
Q: Can I rent a wheelchair or mobility scooter today in London?
A: Yes — we offer same-day delivery across Central London, usually within an hour.
Q: Can I rent a wheelchair or mobility scooter for Notting Hill Carnival?
A: Yes - our showroom is between Paddington, Lancaster Gate and Marble Arch stations for click & collect. Or, we can deliver to your hotel and collect from the hotel again after you have finished.
Q: Can I collect from you without a delivery fee?
A: Yes - you can collect/return from our Marble Arch showroom at 19 Connaught Street.
Q: Do you also sell mobility aids?
A: Yes, we sell new and ex-rental products for collection from the showroom. We can also deliver to you in Central London or ship via DHL/UPS throughout the UK. See section "for sale".
