  • Online booking: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at chelseas-rentals.com
  • Showroom (October and November 2026): Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, Saturday 9am to 4pm, Sunday 9am to 3pm, at 19 Connaught Street, London W2 2AY
  • Showroom (1 December to 3 January): extended hours for Winter Wonderland, open until 8pm
  • Delivery and collection: during showroom hours, 7 days a week. Choose delivery at checkout
  • Urgent or out-of-hours requests: any time, subject to availability. Call, text or WhatsApp +44 7880 152221
  • Closed: Christmas Day and Boxing Day. Hotel guests can have kit delivered before and collected after via the concierge desk

Most Central London deliveries booked during opening hours arrive within the hour.

Our website is open for immediate Central London delivery on most items 7 days a week during October and November: 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm Saturday and 9am to 3pm Sunday. December hours will be extended. Need something delivered to you outside of these hours? Message us so we can help.

Hotel concierge desks throughout London will take receipt of your rental item ahead of your booking and store it after your rental finishes, ready for our drivers to collect.

Our online store has served 2000+ families since launch and is complimented by our physical showroom in Central London between Marble Arch and Paddington Stations.

Visit us at 19 Connaught Street, W2 2AY, to see our products in person, test which model works for you and collect it on the day.  Our ramp is quick to put out for any accessibility needs.

October and November opening hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, Saturday 9am to 4pm, Sunday 9am to 3pm. December opening hours will be extended.

Should you wish to visit outside of these hours, we will gladly arrange a suitable time with you by appointment.
