Our website is open for immediate Central London delivery on most items 7 days a week from 8am - 9pm.
Customers praise our ability to deliver regular items such as cribs, strollers, wheelchairs and mobility scooters often within the hour they are booked.
Hotel concierge desks throughout London will take receipt of your rental item ahead of your booking and store it after your rental finishes, ready for our drivers to collect.
Our online store has served ~1000 families since launch and is now complimented by our first physical showroom in Central London between Marble Arch and Paddington Stations.
Visit us at 19 Connaught Street, W2 2AY, to see our products in person, test which model works for you and collect it on the day. Our ramp is quick to put out for any accessibility needs.
The Showroom will initially be open 9.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday, and 9.30am to 2pm Saturday and Sunday. This will expand to longer hours during the busy summer months.
Our Online Store opening and delivery hours remain 8am to 9pm seven days a week.
Should you wish to visit outside of these hours, we will gladly arrange a suitable time with you by appointment.
Collecting and Returning Equipment
Rental equipment can be returned to the store during Opening hours, or to nearby Cleveland Square outside of these times. Contact us to tell us what works best for your need.
