Our usual rentals start at two days. For Winter Wonderland we have special same-day rates: collect from the showroom from 9am, enjoy the park, and return to the shop by 6pm in November or 8pm sharp from 1 December to 3 January, when the shop closes. Add your item to the cart for your Winter Wonderland date and enter the code at checkout.
Staying in London that evening and want a later finish? Please book our standard service instead: baby equipment rentals or mobility aid rentals. It offers multi-day rentals with click and collect, or delivery to and from your hotel, Airbnb or home in Central London, with the delivery fee calculated by distance when you book online.
How it works
- Book online or call. Choose your date and we hold the item for you.
- Collect at 19 Connaught Street. We adjust the seat, show you the controls and hand over a rain cover. Allow 10 minutes for scooters.
- Enjoy Winter Wonderland. A 7-minute level walk: down Connaught Street, cross Edgware Road at the lights, and the gates are straight ahead.
- Return the same day. Back to the shop by 6pm in November, or by 8pm sharp from 1 December when the shop closes. Or in December use meet and greet (£10 round trip) and hand it back outside the Marble Arch gate. The last collection window is 7:30pm to 8pm, and we leave at 8pm sharp.

Why hire from us for Winter Wonderland
- No hire inside the event. Winter Wonderland does not offer wheelchair or scooter hire on site, and we are the nearest place to get one.
- Built for the trackway. The site sits on temporary trackway that can be uneven, so we steer you to models with bigger wheels and better suspension.
- Range for a long day. Our scooters and power chairs manage 15 to 40 km per charge and are handed over fully charged.
- Cold-weather ready. Rain covers included, and we explain how the cold affects battery life.
- Try before you go. Our showroom has a ramp and you can test-drive before you commit.
- A real person on the phone. Call, text or WhatsApp +44 7880 152221 and you reach Chelsea or James.
Driving in with a Blue Badge?
Park near the showroom, collect your scooter, head to the park, then drop it back before you drive off.
- Westminster has its own Blue Badge rules. Marked Blue Badge bays are free for up to four hours during controlled hours, but single yellow lines and resident bays are off limits. Four hours is tight for Winter Wonderland, so a car park is usually safer.
- Q-Park Marble Arch (Cumberland Gate, W2 2ET) is directly under Marble Arch, about 5 minutes from us, with 14 Blue Badge bays in Aisle A and lift access (1.98 m height barrier). It is the official Winter Wonderland car park and can be pre-booked.
- On-street Blue Badge bays nearby: George Street, Upper Berkeley Street, Crawford Street and Norfolk Crescent. Check the signs on the day.
- Inside Hyde Park: Royal Parks car parks on West Carriage Drive are free for Blue Badge holders for up to four hours, but they are on the far side of the park from us.
Tip: call us when you have parked. If you are in Q-Park we can walk a scooter to the Cumberland Gate exit for you.
Good to know before you go
- All four gates are step-free with accessible queuing lanes. The Red Gate (family entrance) tends to be quieter than the Gold Gate at Marble Arch.
- Red Gate is nearest Santa Land and Thrillville; Gold Gate is nearest the Arctic Circle and Luminarie Lane. Both are the closest gates to our shop.
- Pushchairs cannot go into the Circus Megadome or on the Giant Wheel, so a light, quick-fold stroller helps.
- The ice rink and Bar Ice take a maximum of five wheelchairs per session, and electric wheelchairs must be in manual mode on the ice.
- Essential Companion tickets are available with an Access Card or the free Digital Access Pass.
