Win your rental back up to £100 by 31st December 2026

Take your Chelsea's Rentals mobility scooter, wheelchair, rollator or pushchair somewhere brilliant in London, snap a photo, tell us how it went — and you could get your rental cost back, up to £100.

How do I win and what am I contributing to?

Every month from October to December 2026, we're picking one winner whose photo and story best show what it's really like getting around London with our equipment. Whether it's the Tube, a bus, a black cab, a favourite park, a museum, or just your hotel lobby — we want to see it, and hear about it.

Your entries will also help us build something bigger: a first-of-its-kind accessible London guide, written by the people who've actually done it, launching in 2027. 

How it works

  1. Rent any mobility aid or baby equipment from Chelsea's Rentals between 1 October and 31 December 2026.
  2. Take a photo of your item in use — on a form of transport, at a landmark, in a park, at a hotel, wherever your day takes you.
  3. Write a short paragraph (50–150 words) about that journey or place: what it was like, anything you'd tell another visitor, what worked well or what to watch out for.
  4. Send it in — via WhatsApp to +44 7880 152221 or email to [email protected] — with your name, order/booking reference, and the month you're entering for.
  5. You'll get a confirmation that we've received your entry.

Prizes

  • One winner per month — October, November and December 2026.
  • Each winner receives their rental cost refunded, up to £100.
  • Winners are announced [within 5 working days of month end] on our website and social channels.

Judging and Entry Terms

Entries are reviewed by a Chelsea's Rentals panel and judged on the first week after each month end.

  • How clearly the photo and story show the item genuinely in use
  • How useful the tip would be to another visitor planning a similar trip
  • Originality of location or experience

Entry terms

  • Open to any customer with an active or completed Chelsea's Rentals booking placed between 1 October and 31 December 2026.
  • One entry per booking per month; you're welcome to enter every month you have a booking.
  • By entering, you consent to Chelsea's Rentals using your photo and written feedback on our website, our 2027 accessible-London guide, and our social media channels, with credit to your first name only unless you tell us otherwise.
  • Entries must be your own photo and your own words, taken during your rental period.
  • The judging panel's decision is final.
