Q: How quickly can I get equipment delivered in Central London?
A: Often within the hour. We deliver daily to hotels and Airbnbs across Central London, and take urgent requests 24/7.
Q: What are the weight/age capacities for your equipment?
A: It varies by product — mobility scooters and wheelchairs range from 120kg up to 181kg (400lbs) user weight, and baby equipment is suited to a range of ages from birth upward. Each product page lists the exact specification.
Q: Can I combine mobility aids and baby equipment in one delivery?
A: Yes — you can combine any items from across our range into a single order, and we'll deliver everything together.
Q: Do you deliver to hotels and Airbnbs?
A: Yes, daily, across Hyde Park, Paddington, Mayfair, Kensington, Knightsbridge, Soho, Chelsea, Waterloo, Notting Hill, Southwark and the City. Delivery is free for orders above £300.
Q: Can I rent a mobility scooter for just one day?
A: Yes — You can rent for a single day if you wish to. We have a two day minimum rental cost with
better rates for longer bookings (discounted after day 6).

VAT (Sales Tax) on Mobility Aids
The UK government requires our business to charge VAT (sales tax) on eligible products.
We are allowed to exempt mobility aid products from VAT when used for personal or domestic use & for someone that is chronically sick, disabled or terminally ill.
As our mobility products are designed for people that are chronically sick, disabled or terminally ill, we do not charge any VAT as a default. If you would like to be charged the 20% VAT, please email our team to ask us to add 20% VAT to your invoice.
