VAT (Sales Tax) on Mobility Aids
The UK government requires our business to charge VAT (sales tax) on eligible products.
We are allowed to exempt mobility aid products from VAT when used for personal or domestic use & for someone that is chronically sick, disabled or terminally ill.
As our mobility products are designed for people that are chronically sick, disabled or terminally ill, we do not charge any VAT as a default. If you would like to be charged the 20% VAT, please email our team to ask us to add 20% VAT to your invoice.
Rental, collection and delivery options
Want to collect your rental equipment from us?
We are walking distance from each of Marble Arch, Paddington and Lancaster Gate Stations.
Prefer to have it delivered to you?
We will coordinate with your hotel or rental and deliver for a distanced-based fee. Delivery is free for orders above £300.
Some items require a 2 or 3 day minimum rental. We provide a 10% rental discount on all orders of at least 7 days.

We've always loved to travel with our kids but often struggled with transporting too much gear, or with the stress of what car seat, stroller, crib (and customer service) was waiting at the other end.
