Flexible collection & delivery options
Collection: Our showroom near Marble Arch at 19 Connaught Street will open longer hours for Pride. Collect your pre-booked mobility aids and return to the same location after.
3rd July 9am to 7pm
4th July 9am to 9pm
5th July, 9am to 7pm.
Delivery: Our team of drivers will deliver to your Central London hotel on Friday and collect again Sunday.
**Due the road closures for Pride on 4th July, our driver service to deliver and collect from your hotel will be heavily restricted that day and focused instead on Friday and Sunday.**

How it works

2. Choose to collect and return to 19 Connaught Street within our Opening hours that weekend.
Or, select Delivery and enter the full address and postcode to calculate a distance based fee.
3. Choose optional £12 damage waiver
4. Enjoy Pride being more accessible in 2026.
