A: It varies by product — mobility scooters and wheelchairs range from 120kg up to 181kg (400lbs) user weight, and baby equipment is suited to a range of ages from birth upward. Each product page lists the exact specification.
Q: Do you provide raincovers for strollers? A: Yes, all strollers come with a rain cover as standard.
Q: Do you provide raincovers for electric wheelchairs or mobility scooters? A: New ponchos can be added to your booking to protect you from the wind and rain.
Q: Can I combine mobility aids and baby equipment in one delivery?
A: Yes — you can combine any items from across our range into a single order, and we'll deliver everything together.
Q: Do you deliver to hotels and Airbnbs?
A: Yes, daily, across Hyde Park, Paddington, Mayfair, Kensington, Knightsbridge, Soho, Chelsea, Waterloo, Notting Hill, Southwark and the City. Delivery is free for orders above £300.
Q: Can I rent a mobility scooter for just one day?
A: Yes — You can rent for a single day if you wish to. We have a two day minimum rental cost with
better rates for longer bookings (discounted after day 6).
